Muzite in the 2018 Zimbabwe Cricket Academy Squad

Vice captain Blessed Muzite was named in the touring squad of Zimbabwe Academy Rising Stars that will play in England and India.
The all rounder is one of the few selected cricketers from around Zimbabwe that will benefit from the platform. Speaking with his coach Tatenda Maponga he said he was not surprised by the player's selection as he has been playing quality cricket in the past seasons.
This is great news for the club, we are clearly reaching one of our goals that is to develop players for Zimbabwe Cricket said Chairman of the club Mr Asher Mafukidze. It is unfortunate that Munyanyiwa didn't make it but we're very happy for Blessed. He has put the club on the map and we're going to take the credit by also producing more players.
The team is rumored to be touring India early February.
